Lower School Principal

Mrs. Sarah Lego is the Director of Lower Elementary at Richmond College Prep in Richmond, California. She has over a decade of experience in education, including roles as an instructional aide, classroom teacher, and now school leader. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Africana Studies and a Master’s in Elementary Education.

Sarah Lego is passionate about creating joyful, rigorous learning environments where students feel seen, heard, and valued. Her current focus includes developing teachers as leaders, strengthening foundational literacy, and building meaningful partnerships with families.

Outside of school, Sarah enjoys exploring national parks, reading a good book, and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
