Mrs. Diana Gurrola-Ramirez is the Director of the Upper School at Richmond College Prep, where she oversees grades 4 through 8. Her journey in education began as an instructional aide in Berkeley Unified School District, where she supported students for four years before joining Richmond College Prep in a similar role. She went on to teach 5th and 6th grade at RCP for six years before transitioning into school leadership. With 18 years of experience in education, Mrs. Ramirez remains committed to fostering academic excellence, equity, and student growth.
