COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols (2025–2026)

Our COVID-19 Health & Safety Protocols outline the steps Richmond College Prep takes to keep students, staff, and families safe throughout the school year. This includes guidance on vaccination and prevention, daily health practices, procedures for positive cases or exposures, outbreak response, communication, and support resources. A quick reference guide for families is also included for easy access to key information.

Parent Classroom Observation Protocol

Richmond College Prep values parent engagement and welcomes families to observe their child’s classroom experience. To ensure that observations are supportive and minimally disruptive, this protocol provides clear guidelines on scheduling a visit, what to expect during and after the observation, and important exceptions or limitations.
