At our core, we believe that helping students thrive emotionally and socially is just as important as academic success. Social Emotional Learning (SEL) provides students with tools to understand and manage their emotions, build meaningful relationships, and make thoughtful decisions.

Toolbox Project

TOOLBOX is a research-based, community-tested Kindergarten through sixth grade social and emotional learning (SEL) program. Experience how the personal and collective use of the 12 Tools impacts children’s lives by watching the brief introductory film.

Mindful Life Project

Mindful Life Project is a non-profit 501(c)3 that is based out of Richmond, CA. We are honored to be teaching mindfulness, yoga, therapeutic art, and hip-hop/performing arts, to elementary students in underserved schools and communities. We have two regular day school programs that teach self-awareness, impulse-control, confidence, and resiliency.
