What Concerns Fall Under UCP?

You may file a Uniform Complaint for concerns related to:

  • Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying based on a protected characteristic

  • Violations of student rights, including access to educational programs

  • Instructional materials or the provision of core subjects

  • School safety

  • Services for students with disabilities

  • Certain categorical programs, such as Title I
